Reel Hearth is a local application. It generates, voices, captions, and publishes your videos from your own computer, using accounts you connect yourself. This policy explains, plainly, what that means for your data.
No data is tracked by the product
The Reel Hearth application does not collect, log, or transmit analytics, usage data, or telemetry from your use of the product. There is no account system, no server-side database of your activity, and nothing about how you use the app is sent back to us.
Your credentials stay local
When you connect a Facebook Page, YouTube channel, or any other account, the resulting API keys and OAuth tokens are stored only on your own machine. They are never uploaded to us, never stored on a remote server, and never seen by anyone but you.
The application's dashboard only answers to the machine it runs on — it isn't exposed over the network, so those credentials can't be reached from a browser or device other than your own.
Your content stays local
Scripts, voiceovers, rendered videos, and publishing history generated by Reel Hearth are saved to your own disk. We don't retain a copy, and we don't use your content to train or improve any model.
This website is different from the product
This page lives on our marketing website (https://presence-engine-ai.vercel.app), which is separate from the application itself. Like most websites, this site uses standard web analytics (Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity) to understand how visitors find and use the site — things like page views and which links get clicked. This is limited to your visit to this website and has nothing to do with the application, your connected accounts, or the content you create with it.
If you'd rather not be included in that analytics, you can use a browser extension or setting that blocks analytics scripts — it won't affect your ability to use the product.
Third-party services you connect
When you connect a service like Facebook or YouTube, your use of that service is governed by its own privacy policy. Reel Hearth only uses the access you grant to publish content on your behalf — it does not read, collect, or share your data from those platforms beyond that.

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and revise the date above. Material changes will be noted clearly here.
